To Promote and Help in the development of Technical
Education in General and devise ways and means to
effect improvements in the standard of teaching
and improvement of academic environment in the
Polytechnic Colleges and other technical
institutions under the Directorate of Technical
Education.

To Promote the interest of its members and to safeguard
their rights and privileges by keeping impartial attitude
towards all political parties.

•• To foster a spirit of brotherhood and intellectual
cooperation among the members of the constituent units of
the Association/other professional bodies.

To cooperate with other organization with similar objects
for the benefit of the society in general and for its
members in particular.

To conduct any courses/training program for the benefit of
the students and teachers.

To publish periodicals and books catering the needs of
Polytechnic College teachers and equivalent categories.

all that may be conducive or be necessary for the
fulfillment of the above mentioned objects and for the
interest of the Association. The income and properties of
the Association whatsoever derived or obtained shall be
applied solely towards the promotions of the objects of the
Association and the portion thereof shall be paid to or
delivered amongst any of its member by way of profit.
